I am Winston.
Driven by a long-term vision, I am focused on building an integrated education ecosystem for students in Myanmar, and on developing KuthoBank as a sustainable digital learning platform.
After living in Australia for nearly a decade, I returned to Myanmar to build an education institution that serves as a bridge—connecting local students to high-quality learning and supporting their transition into global academic pathways. In 2022, amid political uncertainty, I co-founded InnoEd with a partner. It was a challenging journey, but one I embraced with purpose, resilience, and a quiet confidence in building something meaningful for the betterment of the society in difficult times.
While teaching GED students in 2022, I realized many students lacked even basic digital skills—from typing and word processing to using cloud-based tools. Recognizing this gap, I founded KuthoBank to empower students with the digital literacy needed to navigate the modern world, thrive in their overseas studies and succeed in future endeavours. KuthoBank is an interactive learning platform for students, grounded in the belief that digital fluency is crucial in an AI-driven future.
I started Humans of InnoEd as a learning playground where students apply both academic knowledge and leadership skills. Through an inquiry-based approach, I empower them to stay curious, engage in meaningful learning, and grow into independent lifelong learners. The community is fully student-led with mentorship from experienced educators, where students empower and inspire one another and collaborate on peer learning projects and personal development activities.
