I operate at the intersection of entrepreneurship, education, and systems design. By building digital platforms and structured learning frameworks, I integrate academic rigor with real-world execution and leadership development. My work focuses on creating sustainable ecosystems that produce capable individuals and resilient institutions.
Entrepreneurship
I mentor and coach aspiring entrepreneurs, helping them gain clarity, overcome stagnation, and move from ideas to execution. Through structured guidance and real-world frameworks, I support founders in building confidence, resilience, and sustainable ventures.
Education
I design innovative learning programs - Protégé, Leadership Development and Employability Training - that extend beyond traditional academics. My work integrates experiential learning with structured growth pathways to prepare students for meaningful futures.
System Design
I build interactive learning systems that cultivate independent thinking and self-directed growth. By combining curriculum architecture and interactive digital tools, I create environments that prepare students for university, overseas studies, and the evolving future of education.
Inspired
My journey into education innovation began in 2015, when I served as a leader-counselor at a leadership development camp. The experience was deeply transformative, awakening a lasting passion for learning beyond traditional classrooms. Since then, I have been devoted to cultivating leadership, personal growth, and essential human skills through innovative, experiential education.
Empowered
Being part of the Leadership Development and Innovation (LDI) community at QUT empowered me to pursue excellence and continually challenge myself to grow. Beyond learning leadership philosophies, I was given countless opportunities to practice them in real-world situations. Through these journeys, I discovered my calling in entrepreneurship, creativity, and innovation—and began applying them in service of social impact and education.
Immersed
Learning through workshops alone was never enough for me. To complete the journey, I immersed myself in real-world challenges—participating in case competitions with global organizations such as Suncorp and supporting my peers along the way. These experiences were deeply rewarding, and the image was captured at a design jam, a one-day event dedicated to cultivating creativity and innovation to solve real-world problems.
Built
I worked with a diverse group of student leaders to build meaningful bridges between international and domestic students by breaking down language and cultural barriers. Together, we designed interactive weekly workshops and engaging social activities to foster genuine connection and belonging. It was a privilege to contribute to creating an inclusive community that addressed unspoken challenges within the student community.
Paid-it-forward
While pursuing my master’s degree, I coached and mentored undergraduate students in their entrepreneurial journeys, supporting them as they competed in business challenges hosted by organizations such as Microsoft and Deloitte. It was deeply fulfilling to walk alongside these aspiring leaders and innovators. In doing so, I found a meaningful way to give back to the communities that once nurtured my own growth.
Achieved
I will end with a light-hearted story—my former manager, who had witnessed my entire learning journey, once used me as an example to inspire new student leaders to join a leadership development program. A close friend happened to be in that session and sent me this photo. It was in that quiet moment that I realized I had reached a personal utopia in my student life, and a meaningful peak in my journey in Australia.
